The Dismas Fellowship Tool Kit has been developed by Friends of Dismas Inc. and reviewed by members of the Network which function on a shared set of values. The Tool Kit is a companion piece to a two-part orientation that we offer to any existing or emerging Fellowship, and broadly addresses the following topics:

1. 1. The correctional system and the lasting effects of prison culture.
   2. The challenge of “coming home” and the vision of Dismas Fellowship.
   3. Elements, guidelines and shared values of a Dismas Fellowship.
   4. How to have safe and open friendships in the context of Dismas Fellowship.
